The owners and cooks of this small, hidden, family-run cafe are excellent. They are sweet and kind. The soda is free and the tuna melts are fantastic. The pumpkin cheesecake is also fantastic! The only issue about this place is that it is hidden and difficult to find, but in a way it's like a great hidden secret for locals and college students. Terri's Cafe is a great breakfast / lunch spot during the work week for those of us working near Owings Mills Blvd. The food is a great value: sizeable portions and very appropriately priced. I've enjoyed nearly everything I've ever ordered but a favorite is certainly the chili with homemade cornbread. Yum! The owners make a point of getting to know their regulars and treating them well. It's clear that service is very important to them. Their online ordering system makes getting breakfast or lunch to go that much easier.~Asheley W.

Ordered the Chipotle burger with fries. The burger was delicious — mildly spicy, savory and smokey flavor with juicy beef smothered in provolone cheese! The crinkle cut fries were crispy and golden.~Andrew L.
